Atlantis Adventure Raffle Winner: Marcy O’Donnell from Wilkes-Barre is the winner of the Atlantis Adventure Raffle. The raffle was held in conjunction with the Fall for the Osterhout Gala held on September 28th at the Westmoreland Club. Mrs. O’Donnell’s ticket was chosen from 222 total ticket stubs. The Raffle was sponsored by Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs.
